As most publishers, New Wave Media Group is also continuously looking for ways to better monetize their advertisement spaces while keeping visitors engaged.

Solution

They prepared a comprehensive A/B test to see if Yusp’s native content personalization results in higher ROI or a “content discovery platform”, which pays for displaying third party ads (mixed with native content recommendations).

Result

Although monetizing ad spaces through “content discovery platforms” may seem to be tempting, the results clearly showed that not only visitors value native personalization more, but it also results in higher revenues.
